Had a bad day? A stressful day? NEED TO RELAX?



Hi! Have you ever had a bad day? Stressful day? And need to RELAX, but don't know how..

Well todays topic will show you how to.

You will need:

A Bath-tub (With warm water)

Candles 

A lighter

Petals (Rose petals are extremely good!)

Face Mask (You can buy one or you can make one with...I'll give you the recipe down 

below)

Robe

Hair Towel

Slippers

Magazine, ( If you don't have magazines then you can choose your favourite book!)

Water Pillow (The ones where you can put in the water, made for baths)A sign that 

says 'DO NOT DISTURB' (You don't need to buy it, you can just write on a piece of 

paper in capital letters)

Music (I'd prefer soft music to actually calm yourself but if you don't mind then use the 

kind of music you like, probably hip-hop ect ect..)

Spa Water (you can make that..mm that tastes so nice! Later on I'll write a recipe)

Bubble soap ( Made for bath)

How to do it: 

1.Start a warm/hot bath and drop 5-10 drops of Bubble Soap and move your hand like 

waves in the water so it can spread. 

2.Make your face mask with 1 tbsp Oatmeal, finely ground 1 tbsp of organic yogurt 

(skip the flavored ones) and A few drops of honey (at least 4) and mix!

3.Get some nice scented candles and light them up with a lighter and put them around 

your bath tub

4. Then go get your robe and hair towel with slippers and put them on whilst your 

waiting

,5. Put on some relaxing music or whatever kind of music your using

6. Make the DO NOT DISTURB sign and stick it with glue tack or tape it onto the 

door and tell everyone not to come in and do everything they need to do in the 

bathroom now but if they need to go shower or bath then they'll have to wait!

7. Then make the Spa Water, heres how: You'd need some mineral water, fruits, pitcher 

and a big water glass, I recommend you to use lemon, strawberries, cucumber, fresh 

leaves and any other fruit you'd like and just mix it in the water but remember to cut the 

lemon into a lot of bits and same with strawberries and cucumber and maybe with the 

fresh leaves and put the water glass in the fridge while your doing everything else...

8. QUICKLY get magazines or your favourite book and stop the bath.

9. Put your face mask on and I put some cucumbers on your eyes (GOOD FOR 

TIERED EYES)

10. Take off your robe and put your water pillow on the bath and maybe even take off 

your hair towel off and lie down with your magazine or favourite book with relaxing 

music on ..

11. Don' forget to pour the Spa water in a glass and bring it in with you!

12. AND RELAX!
